D Team (K - 2nd Grade)
The D Team is an instructional team that will focus on the basics of lacrosse. The program will introduce each player to the fundamental skills necessary to play lacrosse in a fun and safe environment. Basic rule instruction will be taught as well as the fundamentals of stick work, throwing, catching, etc. There are opportunities to play small-sided games within the league; however, competitive play will ultimately depend on the number of players in the program.
